PRODUCTION & COOPERATION

From an early idea.
To an agreed scope.

Start with a design, a sample or an image that captures your idea. If the details are incomplete, separate what you know from what needs review. OEM / ODM development and existing-style availability are different conversations.

PRODUCTION / PROCESS REFERENCES

A closer look.
At the process.

Discuss your apparel project with 颖尔服饰. Use design references, sample measurements and inspection points to clarify the work. Production resources, responsibilities and acceptance requirements need project-specific confirmation.

01 / CHOOSE THE ROUTE

Your starting point.
A route to discuss.

01

Develop from your reference

For an OEM discussion, bring a design, sample or marked image. Identify what must stay, what should change and which specifications still need review.

Discuss an OEM brief ↗
02

Clarify an early idea

For an ODM discussion, describe the intended wearer, use and overall direction. Review the development support available, revision scope and responsibilities before proceeding.

Discuss development needs ↗
03

Check an existing style

Availability is a separate question. Confirm the actual garment, options and supply conditions; a reference image does not establish stock or an orderable style.

Ask about availability ↗

02 / BUILD YOUR BRIEF

Starting with reference photos?

Prepare a custom clothing brief by marking what to keep, what to change and what you do not yet know. You can do this before completing a technical pack. Whether the work can be taken on still needs review.

Mark the photos

Choose images you have permission to share. Add front and back views if available. Mark the neckline, sleeves, shape or panels you want to discuss. If you combine references, label which detail comes from which image.

A photo cannot confirm fabric composition, weight or stretch. Note whether you have a physical sample or swatch.

Write down what you know

  • What garment are you developing, and who will use it?
  • Which fit, dimensions or size range are decided?
  • What do you want to keep or change?
  • What material preferences, samples or swatches do you have?
  • What quantity, destination and target date are you considering?

Write “unknown” beside undecided items. Quantities and dates describe what you need; they are not agreed terms. Flag missing views or measurements.

Agree the next review

See the materials to review and sample approval and production requirements. Confirm development scope, sample charges, revisions and who approves changes before sample work begins. MOQ, price and lead time need a project review; photos alone cannot confirm them.

Discuss your brief by email.

03 / MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION

Make the details
specific.

Prepare the requirements below for a feasibility discussion with 颖尔服饰. Available materials, processes and development support must be confirmed against your project.

01

Fabric & colour

Include a swatch or reference, composition and weight targets, colour reference and intended use. Identify any performance or testing requirements.

02

Fit & construction

Include a measurement chart, fit reference, seam details and marked changes. Distinguish essential requirements from preferences.

03

Trims & branding

List closures, labels, packaging and artwork placement. Confirm sourcing responsibilities and whether each requested finish is feasible.

Turn a texture into a question

Is the priority the look, coverage, drape or feel? A photograph helps frame the request; composition and performance need separate confirmation.

Mark the details that matter

Show which panels, seams and edges you want to keep or change. Ask what materials and construction would be suitable before fixing the specification.

Sample references for discussion · Not a stock list or proof of current production capability.

04 / CONFIRM BEFORE PRODUCTION

The sample first.
Then the agreement.

Agree the sample-development scope before work begins. Record measurements, revision notes and who approves the sample. Identify the approved version before discussing a production order.

Production resources, inspection steps and delivery arrangements need project-specific confirmation. A process photograph does not establish an available service or capacity.
